Welcome to November!
A little blog by me, Ange 😊
Well, what a busy few months we have had!!
An insight at what we have been focusing on at Leap Start Early Learning!!
As you may or may not have seen on our social media and story park platforms, Leap Start Jandakot held our annual performing arts showcase at the centre with our incredible music and dance teachers Miss Emma and Miss Christina and we had such a fantastic turn out of families and children with lots of beautiful dances and singing.
(Children’s performing arts shirts are still available for purchase if you would like one, please see the reception desk (sizing is 2-4, colours are green and white or black and white, unisex shirts)
We have also enjoyed another Italian cooking class with Alfia.
Alfia is a highly talented cook, and we were lucky enough to assist in the kitchen, playing mini chefs whilst creating delicious homemade pizzas. Delicious!!
The toddler and Kindy yard has their very own “Yarning circle”
An added safe space and a place to communicate, relax and participate in storytelling.
Children are working closely with our art specialist teacher Rachel with some ideas and designs that will soon be displayed on the new improved Tee-pee and along the green wall… stay tuned for the displays, your children are so clever and creative in their thinking process!
Our focus coming up is of course CHRISTMAS TIME! You may notice the centre will start feeling extra festive as we display Christmas music and beautiful collections of artwork from your children. The countdown is on😊
And lastly, We have also been taking extra necessary steps to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the centre stay at the highest standard.
I thank you all for your assistance in keeping unwell children home so that we can keep everyone in the community healthy, happy, and safe.
Thank you all for a wonderful year so far
