Competition Terms and Conditions

Competition Terms and Conditions (must be displayed in all advertising):

See Leapstart Early Learning Child Care [www.leapstartearlylearningchildcare.com.au/t&c] for full terms. Open to West Australian residents over the age of 18. Entries will be awarded on the basis of individual Eligible Transactions as defined in full terms. Competition commences 1st January 2019 and closes 31st December 2019. Winner drawn 16th January 2020 at 11:00 AM at 12 Solomon Road, Jandakot, WA Australia. The winner will have a chance to win either $250,000 in cash (may be used towards a School Scholarship) or a $2,000 cash prize. Winner will be notified by mobile phone, email and published in the West Australian newspaper on Tuesday 21st January. The Promoter is KASP Holdings PTY LTD as Trustee for KASP Unit Trust trading as Leap Start Early Learning Child Care.

  • Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry
  • Competition entry is achieved by visiting Leap Start Early Learning Child Care or at various 2019 pop ups or other marketing endeavours.
  • Winner will be drawn at a special Prize Draw Event, being held at Leap Start Early Learning Child Care, 12 Solomon Road, Jandakot, WA Australia on Monday 16th January 2020.
  • Competition commences on January 1st, 2019 with entries closing on the Friday 31st December, 2019
  • There are 2 major prizes, (1) a chance to win $250,000 in cash (may be used towards a School Scholarship) (2) The remaining 999 envelopes will contain $2,000 cash prize
  • The “Preliminary Draw Winner” will be determined by drawing their name out of a barrel which contains entries in the “Preliminary Draw”.
  • This “Preliminary Draw Winner” then qualifies to participate in the “Major Draw” for the major prize
  • “The “Major Prize” participant will, either in person or by proxy, select one of the 1000 envelopes from a barrel, where they will win one of the 2 prizes listed above.
  • One participant or proxy will select one envelope only
  • All envelopes will be indistinguishable from one another. Envelopes will be mixed in a barrel or similar devise
  • The Major draw will be under the supervision of an independent 3rd party
  • The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable
  • The winner will be notified after the draw by phone or email and details of the draw will be published in The West Australian Newspaper on Tuesday 21st January 2020
  • In the event the prize is unavailable or cancelled for any reason whatsoever, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize pool of equal value
  • The winner must be over the age of 18 years at the time of the draw
  • Employees and contractors of the Promoter or their families are ineligible to enter this draw
  • In the event that the $250,000 cash prize is won, the winner will be paid within 28 days by either cheque or direct deposit by KASP Holdings PTY LTD as Trustee for KASP Unit Trust trading as Leap Start Early Learning Child Care.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a prize winner if the prize winner has breached any of these rules in obtaining the prize
